Description: We're experiencing data loss at our HLStatsX. Whe have advice that the HLStatsX page could be the cause for this. What we're doing now is, that we shut down the page to test weather this solved the problem.
Please hang on...
Troubleshooting: We transfered the page directly to the data-base server and home this solved the problem. If you spy any further problems don't hesitate to give us a buzz.

Description: System reinstall because using another servermanagementsystem.
The system will be backuped and all services will be shutdown.
Ths progress will take a couple of hours.
After this the new system will be installed and plesk panel also.

7.2.2011 23:00 Shutdown of services. backup in progress.
8.2.2011 00:49 daily Backup done. boooting rescue system and minimizing system partition.
8.2.2011 05:01 rezising done. start of backup tranfer.
8.2.2011 10:05 tranfer complete. try to mount backup, failed!
8.2.2011 10:15 start to tranfer new backup. added 5 hours to destination time
8.2.2011 12:10 backup failed! installing without system backup
8.2.2011 12:25 installing debian 5.0 with plesk.
8.2.2011 12:45 configuration of the basic systems.
8.2.2011 15:45 tranfering data from backup to server with low bandwidth (50 mbit/s)
10.2.2011 12:00 allmost all services are back up. Success.

Description: I wanted to upgrade the HLStatsX server with a new mainboard, CPU an RAM. Somehow the PCI controller seems to be broken.
Troubleshooting: Until the new mainboard was delivered the old hardware was used. Now we changed the mainboard and everything is working properly.

Description: In fact our VServer is to week to handle all HLstatsX we must shut down all HLstatsX temporarily.
